Customer service was amazing!

I came in the store and the attendant was very nice. She was very patiently waiting for me to choose what ring I wanted and she was very nice about it, even recommending me some that I might like. She also helped me with her opinion when I asked her to. I was very pleased with the customer service on that location. Would most likely go backa again.

The sales assistant; Caroline was very professional and helpful. Especially when I went on to purchase 7 rings in different sizes. She was able to locate every size requested quickly and with a terrific attitude to serve this customer. Separate gift bags with the clever idea of writing the size on the bottom rounded out this excellent experience ending in a very happy and satisfied customer.

I was not able to purchase the bead I wanted, but did decide to purchase the shining cloth. Upon discovering I did not have the cleaning brush, the sales associate recommended a kit, which has several cloths, the brush and a clasp opener. Since the kit was an extreme value, I changed my mind and got the kit instead of just the cloth. Also, although all the sales clerks were all busy when I came in, I did not feel ignored as I was acknowledged by all staff.

The sales associates were friendly and efficient. The store looked clean, organized and light. My sales associate went above and beyond for me.

I visited my local store a few days before Christmas. As you can imagine it was crazy busy, we went in knowing exactly what we wanted. The young gentleman we had as our sales assistant was absolutely delightful! He took the time to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We went through a few different size rings and although he didn’t have the size we needed, he explained we could exchange it when the correct size came in. A few days ago I received a call saying the correct size was in and I picked it up today. On both occasions the sales team where great! We walked away extremely happy with our experience.
