When we picked which one we liked most he was very patient while we picked out the size of ring we wanted and even helped pick out the best size for us.

Justin was highly knowledgeable for what I was looking for (a spacer to separate a couple of dangling charms on a necklace). He even suggested when I had picked the ocean bubbles & waves octopus vs the strawberry charm that I had in mind that the octopus would be better suited for a necklace, as it is bottom heavy and hangs right side up, instead of upside down. That was a highly appreciated hot tip!
