I had visited 4 other pandora locations trying to exchange a ring I got for Christmas to a smaller size. Each time I had been turned away or they didn’t have the correct size in stock. Eliva the sales associate let me know that they’d normally require a receipt, but she would do the exchange for me so I wouldn’t have to come back another time. Great service! If I hadn’t been able to exchange my ring on the 5th visit, I would’ve stopped shopping at Pandora.

The lady who helped us was so lovely! Took the little girl I look after in there to buy a gift for her mom and the lady was so wonderful with helping the 8yr old girl. Friendly and listened to the little ones opinion. Made the little one feel so special and like she was really “shopping” for mom herself!
