The price is acceptable. The sales associate is very friendly and professional. A lot of choices.

There was only one assistant was working and several customers despite early morning hours. Watched 2 gentlemen leave the store due to extremely long waiting time. My assistant was a store manager from another store and was apologizing throughout and appreciative of me waiting but there should be protocol during Christmas and a single assistant should not be left to deal alone.

I was looking for a "grandaughter" charm-------and a few associates were looking for it----and they couldn't find one. As I was leaving.....a new girl whose number wasn't even in the computer came after me & said they'd found one! I was thrilled!

The staff were very busy due to a sale, so they allowed customers to put their name on a list and called us when it was our turn to be served. I enjoyed this system as it allowed me to look around the store at the show cases and choose out some products before being served. Much better then making us stand outside the store in a line.

The sales associates was nice and wasn’t rushing us into making a purchase.

Tanya was very friendly and she helped me to find the right item for a perfect gift! She explained the offer that I heard on the radio and I was able to use it. I'm very happy with my visit to Market Mall Pandora store!

The person who assisted me got me eveything I needed very fast. Also, she checked the quality of the clips I was getting before putting them in my shopping bags, so I don't need to check them or return them in the future. Besides, I am satisfied with the discount the store is offering.

Long wait-time. The customers were all waiting to be served. One in the back, one on the phone and one serving another customer. Just unusually long to be served. We understand busy. Just longer than usual to be helped in anyway.

It was my first time in the Pandora store. I didn’t know details how choose a product. A sale person was so polite and friendly, and explained me everything with deeply details. But she also helped other customer in the same time. That made slow my process to choose what I liked. Because I had three young kids with me in this time, and I needed to do more quickly choice as possible.
