The sale associate was well knowledgeable about the products and design. She helped us to find the right charms for my braclet.

My experience felt rushed because of store capacity. I didn't feel as though I could take my time and explore the store. Two diamonds fell off of my ring, which I am very unhappy about.

I like the ambiance of the store. I also like to browse through the store offerings. There is staff always available to help and answer any questions that I may have. The sales associate that I had this time was great and was able to properly give me time (perhaps because the store wasn't too busy). This allowed me to pick out my selection without feeling rushed.

Not everything I want was in the store and I cannot find my store online to pick up in store as well as having to wait to be served. The sales person could have been more knowledgeable about there current and past products.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at pandora. The staff was knowledgeable and very educated on all of their products. She was very kind and understanding of what I was looking for.

Some of items can’t find in store On line more choice

There only reason I was not highly satisfied was because Of a very small selection of charms. A lot at this location were sold out.

Closing time was approaching and i felt a little restless to finish as other customers were waiting and there was just one assistant in the store at the time. I think i bought a bigger size of ring in the rush

The sales representative recommend a size too big. Resulting in me exchanging the ring for a different size the next day.
