It was ok. Nothing above or below my expectations

I had a ten dollar coupon from my last purchase in July 2018 -I still had the receipt with no expiry date - however it was not honoured. Then I also asked if the 15% discount from online would apply in the store and I was told no - that too was disappointing. I made a large purchase and I would been appreciated at least one of those discounts to be honoured on my purchase.

There was hardly any selection of the sale products, I was not able to purchase what I intended to.

I was one of the first customers on a boxing day and the ring that I wanted to buy wasn't available in my size.

Pandora won't repair broken part on bracelet only worn a couple of times. Didn't have the receipt but was prepared to pay for a replacement clasp.

Staff was tired. A lot of the new items were not available
