It was my first time to purchase pandora bracelet and thru the friendly and helpful attitude of the sales lady, Melanie, it became easier for me to decide which charms to buy.

The only reason I was not pleased with this visit was that it took far too long to get help from any of the associates, in addition, it felt as if my appearance had rendered it harder to get help. Once an associate had started to help it was fine from then on.

I just thanks for the sale person whose name is Emily G. She is very helpful.

I had to wait a little bit for a sales associate to be available however it wasn’t more than 10 minutes.

lots of difficulty to exchange our pandora charm with receipt from BC they didn't have the two we wanted and so we asked to bring it in and no. so had to get one we didn't really want

To my surprise I found the store out in the middle of the mall due to construction. Just took away from the store experience. Also they didn't have a ring I had in mind in my size.

The lady who helped me her name is Ceilidh actually she needs help.. she needs to know how to help a customer with a small smile. Looked like she was forcing herself to help us.
