I had to wait for nearly 30 minutes in the store to speak to a sales rep. There can be more sales rep hired for convenience. Especially when customers before you take too much time to finalize their purchase.

Last night, we went to the store, two staff working there, me and my daughter were the only customers there. They just gave us a brochure to browse, I repeated my request and get refused four times “can I see the actual pendants? Instead of this brochure?” “No we have hundreds of them, I cannot show you all of them!” “I don’t want to see all of them, can I see part of them?” “No” “can you show me where the display ones are?” “They are all there!” “Can you recommend the matching pendant to this chain?” “I don’t know what you like, you have to look up the book, tell me what you like, then I can show you!” “How about I am new to here, I have no idea about anything, since I am in this physical store, would you introduce something to me? Or show me where the pendants are?” “They are all there!” I feel like either I have to see the book or find out by myself where the pendants are. They are not busy at all, they just don’t want to help. No enthusiasm at all.

The associate who helped me was not friendly and mislead me on the price of a purchase and seemed irritated when I did not purchase the promotional cleaning solution.

The sales associate was under a lot of stress by being the only one in the store, therefore was some what rude to me. I was the first and only one to walk in shortly after opening. I ended up buying something I really didn't want. I told her I was going to do her the favor to get something that I will exchange later on so I can get the "Heart of Winter" bracelet which I did not want to miss. That way she could carry on with helping 2 other customers who walked in after. She will not be the associate I want to deal with next time!

I have been a Pandora costumer for several years and I have never experienced such terrible service than this visit to Market Mall. The reason for my visit was to exchange a ring I had bought because I felt a sharp, scratchy spot inside the ring. From the start of my visit, the managers were not welcoming or friendly at all and made it very clear that they did not want to help me. Although they agreed that the ring felt rough and abnormal, they made excuses for my issue to avoid helping me. Such as: a hair was stuck in the ring or that I wore the ring for longer than "5 minutes" and would not accept it back. After they finally exchanged it for me, they notified me that they voided the warranty after they processed the transaction. I told them it was unfair to void warranty because I exchanged a defected ring, but they would not help me further. I told them I would seek help at a different location. Finally, even though they processed the exchange, they would not let me have the new ring and gave me my old ring back. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service at Pandora. I will never be returning back to this location.

The woman was very passive aggressive towards me. I was penalized for not being told store policy, and there was no attempt to rectify the situation.

she was so racist I came into exchange an item but she would not let me even see the item I was showing her on my phone saying all their bracelets are the same and theres no point. she treated me like they do Julia Roberts in pretty woman. she screamed at me so much. I was in tears. it's an insult that this lady is who. you have chosen to be assistant manager when she doesnt even belong in the store horrible service. I was denied in letting me try on items, when I asked to buy a gold item she said you should stick to silver, she screamed at me when eventually after the horrible racist experience I decided to just return the items and not exchange and not purchase the additional items as I felt I would feel more invited at chinook mall or online as the whole point of going inshore was so I could see. my size and clasp etc. I am so disappointed I asked all my family that bought me pandora for the holidays to return it if they bought from market mall if possible as I dont ever want to walk into that store again. you should send in a colored person and have them record the stores behaviour as this has been the case the last 7 times I have visited but this time was the worst

lisa brought my daughter to tears she just wanted to exchange the bracelet her grandma chose. she wouldn't even let her look at the 2 bracelets she was interested in. after much arguing she let her see only one and was so rude and screaming and snapping at her. the racism was unreal in all our years i have never heard of such disgusting behavior. the worst part is this is not the first time either. she needs to be removed as manager as she has no people skills. my daughter ended up returning things she was supposed to exchange and not buy the rest of the items i sent her to get. she never wants to go back in the store. jason is the only good employee in the store. lisa needs anger management classes and racism training. she cant scream at her clients. clients should not be denied to try on a bracelet. she wouldnt help her find the size or even look at items. we as a family buy lots of gifts here but now pandora makes her feel sad when she thinks about that day. lisa should be ashamed of herself

I bought ring as Christmas gift on sale and was told it could be returned and exchanged no problem. What I was not told was even though I bought an 85$ ring, it could not be exchanged for an 85$ ring. Instead I was forced to pay the 29.75$ difference, even though both rings were originally worth $85. I have spoken to multiple people since I left the store, who also do not understand this! If I had have known this was the case I would have made sure the gift receiver had picked the ring ! I did not argue with salesperson as this would have ruined Christmas gift, as gift receiver was with me. I will not be returning to Pandora for a long time, as this situation seems very deceptive to me.
