I was refused entry unless I used hand sanitizer (which I am extremely allergic to) after explaining this to associate number 172290, I was berated and screamed at. In an attempt to solve the problem I suggested that I stand in one spot and tell her what I wanted (I already knew the exact charm) so they could bring it and the machine to me. This only resulted in more screaming and rudeness on the part of associate 172290. This woman should not be working in customer service.

I did not have a good experience at all. I was rushed and not even showed the display item, and when I asked her if she could polish it, because it was a gift, she gave so much attitude

The sales associate didn't bother to look, she just said that we don't have it. After 10 mins, my sister made her purchase and Sara found 3 items that Christina told me that there wasn't any.

I waited in line for 40 minutes. I was happy to do so. In that time, I could have been given a catalog or something to browse, but wasn’t. Fine. I finally get inside and the associate was not very helpful. Seemed put out by the fact I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Showed me a catalog of things to look through. I had to ask to physically see the rings and even then she wasn’t happy to show me. She stood there staring at me while I browsed the catalog. Which was then taken away by another associate so I was left with nothing to look at. If I’m going to be standing in line for so long, and expected to know exactly what I want, please offer assistance in that and give me a catalog to help speed up my process. If associates are unwilling to let a customer browse, you should be doing what you can to allow them to browse while waiting in line.
