The staff helped me right away, explained what I needed to exchange a bracelet that was defective. Then I inquired about the same one another color, she mesured my wrist and showed me the color I was interested, and tried it. Her opinion was valued on the look ofit. Then I asked about earrings and she knew immediately which ones I was interested in and showed them to me. I bought them as well. Very efficient , knowledgeable and courteous.
