When I entered the store, there was a bit of wait to get served. Once I did get a service it was great, the person helping was incredible. I just wanted to make sure that the person who helped me was recognized.

Amsabi the sales associate was very kind and nice. She was able to help me with my purchase and I was very satisfied.

The customer service provided by Amsabi was excellent. She listened to what we came from m for and gave us wonderful selections to look through. She was very patient and made sure we left satisfied!

overall it was great experience the sales person Denise was very friendly and wonderful. however she was the only one working and i had to wait for my turn and the person after me waited as well, so there should definitely be more staff available working especially during the holidays!

The employee recommended a few charms based on their past knowledge. She also answered all my questions and she was very nice while helping me pick out the charms.

Andressa and Amsabi were very welcoming and harboured a nice environment to shop in. They were really nice in showing us any item we wanted.

I was able to see everything I wanted to see and my customer service salesperson (there were two of them, one named Denise N) were both wonderful! They were very helpful, knowledge, well-mannered and gave many different suggestions on how to pair the Pandora merchandise that I was interested in. They also very not pushy in their sales tactic but gave me space to see what I liked and only approached me when I asked for their help and suggestions. I had a wonderful time here and being my first time in the Pandora store, I would definitely visit again!
