Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase despite the issue not being a fault of any of the staff members. Thank you to the staff for cleaning my super tarnished bracelet on the spot (my recent trip to Iceland almost ruined my favourite bracelet but the staff brought it back to life! I wish I could attach a before and after picture). Thank you to Haraneya for spending time with me while my bracelet was being cleaned, which resulted in me purchasing another charm and a ring. Great service team! <3 100% will return.

I was really satisfied with the service in the Markham store. A lady's name is Amerie who was really helpful and she was willing to let me try any charm that I want. Overall, I will come back soon to get more charm to my bracelet.
