The service is very patient. I have been picking the beads for two hours. The waiter patiently recommended and helped me, and let me choose the satisfactory jewelry. It looks very good, very shiny, I am very satisfied.

I have been shopping at the Pandora Vaughan location for years, until the last 1-2 years my experiences at their location has become worse visit after visit. The staff at Vaughan mills are rude, they have attitude, minimal knowledge of their products, not customer service oriented and very disorganized. I had even complained recently and got a phone call from the manager where I was just brushed off. When I went to Markville Mall this week it was literally the opposite, friendly staff, very very organized and so the employees and management were amazing. Overall experience at Markville was Highly Satisfied and the staff and management at this store should definitely be recognized.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided advice for my gift selection and went above and beyond to make the gifts look presentable. The store was very eye catching and well laid out.
