The staff were very courteous and provided me with excellent customer service. My ring was damaged and luckily they had me on file in their system as I couldn’t find my receipt. They gave me a new ring I was so surprised I was only expecting to get my ring sent away to be repaired. This is why I love pandora products you really stand by your product! I was served by Kajena at Markville mall! Thank you once again as I definitely will be returning to the store

The sales associate was very nice and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I walked into the store he immediately asked me if I needed help, which was very kind. My friend ended up loving the gift, which was a plus.

They were such nice and helpful people from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a ring for my friend and once I found it the sales associate was so nice and helpful when I wanted to look and compare the 2 different sizes.
