I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was attended to even though all the staffs were busy at the moment. I was informed that the next available staff will be helping me next. The sales associate that was helping me out was polite and helpful.

I came in to possibly get an exchange of the item I bought on line that I thought was defective. As the staff was checking the bracelet, she was able to open it with ease. I was given an instruction on how to open the bracelet easily and was given a pick to open it. Then I started looking for another item and the staff helped me find what I was looking for.
