I had put the item i wanted on hold so i could be in and out swiftly as i was popping over the store on my lunch hour. I entered and proceeded to the counter and Imelda walked out of the back so she immediately asked if she could be of assistance. I told her i had item on hold and she found it quickly and cashed me out. This experience was swift - like i had hoped. She was very friendly and attended to me within a reasonable time.

The sales team at the Markville Pandora location is the best. They are all very friendly and know their product. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store. This is the only Pandora location I shop at. You can''t beat the customer service and friendliness of the sales team. I will most definitely be back at this location to purchase more beautiful items.

The service was amazing and the associates knee exactly what I needed. They were able to find my item and cash me out easily.

It's the holiday season I was already expecting for Pandora to be busy. But, it didn't take long for an associate to notice me looking around the store and asked if I needed help. There was someone readily available to assist me. in comparison to another Pandora location where when its busy, I have to wait a long time. however, im glad that at this location I was able to get what I wanted and leave quickly. :) which is always a plus!

Great customer service. Daisy, the sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I don't think I ever felt so welcomed in a Pandora store. Although this location is far from home, I consider going back to the same store. Enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you, Daisy!
