The staff was really nice, helpful and knowledgeable

I feel as though Pandora needs to be bigger so that there is more room to walk. Another thing is that Pandora items should be able to be returned to different locations, not just the store it was originally bought at. Other than that I was satisfied with my experience because the employee knew where to find the ring I was looking for.

Ordered online however never received gift receipts with my online purchase. Called customer service - no assistance provided.went to Markville pandora and sales staff were able to print gift receipts for me that were purchased online - amazing staff at this location are so great, made my shopping experience great, I even spent another $435 on more merchandise. Please praise the staff at this location!!!

I purchase a lot of Pandora and Markville Mall is my favourite store location. The sales associates know me well and they always make me feel like I am valued as a customer. I don't purchase from any other location as I feel this is my extended Pandora family. I always look forward to seeing all the beautiful sparkle not only from the beautiful jewelry, but from all of the wonderful sales team at this location. Highly recommend that everyone visits and purchases from this location.

In the store, every client had a sales to help when I purchased. It made everybody feel Pandora respect them. I felt very satisfied when I shopping at the store.
