The sales associate asked me if I was looking for anything specific and when I told me her suggestion was perfect. I purchased the new love pod item as a gift. I am very satisfied with her suggestion and was able to leave the mall quickly and content. Great shopping experience!

Ladies in store were fantastic

I came in to return an item today. The girls were knowledgeable and they quickly took care of the return. I obtained a store credit so that I can go into the store and really take my time in selecting something without having to rush since I was pressed for time.

Kristina was helpful and knowledgable about the products I was looking for.

Haraneya was very helpful in recommending the right charms to buy and carefully explained why the charms won't tarnish until December by the protecting plastic bag and how to proceed when the time comes to give them away as gifts.. She's definitely an asset for your store.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience as it was very easy and there were no problems along the way of my visit. I also very much how helpful the staff was in the store making sure I was ok and helping me locate what I was looking for. Finally I was also very happy with the look of the store is was very nicely organized and alos very clean.
