An associate was ready to assist me and I didn't have to search for assistance. The associate knew exactly what I was looking for and it took her less than 5 minutes to locate a brand new one. The wrapping and payment process did not take long.

Even though the pendant I wanted was in the store, the necklace wasn't but the sales associate suggested an alternate and I am very satisfied with her recommendation. Also, there was high customer service as soon as I walked in the store. Great job!
