friendliness of the staff, open communication, the staff at the fairview pandora are rude, the staff at the eaton centre location aren't clear with the return policies. Seems like the return policies aren't clear because I went to 3 different locations to find my item and they all gave different responses. Fairview was going to give me a gift card for my return of buy 2 get 1 free. Eaton centre would only exchange the two $60 items for two $60 item and markville mall exchanged the two $60 items for a combination of 2 items totalling $120.

Sales staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helped us select earrings in a very efficient manner.
