Leticia was very knowledgeable and friendly. She greeted me immediately upon entry to the store with a smile. She showed me everything I wanted and had great recommendations. The exchange process was very easy and I felt like my business was appreciated.

I went to the store looking for a pair of earring to match a pendant I have from another Jewelry Designer, the girl that looked after me knew immediately which pair of earrings would match the pendant I have. She gave me extra information about future promotions and because of that information provided I am already selecting the items I will purchase in my next visit.

Upon finding out that I need to exchange the size of the rings i ordered online, I called this store and asked to see if they have the items i wanted in store. The staff who answered the phone was very friendly and efficient. Upon exchanging the items at the store, the staff were friendly and very helpful

When I asked if there was a charm related to either camping, camping or hiking, the answer was no, three salespeople ( without being pushy) got involved and brainstormed to come up with two very cool ideas. I only purchased one of the ideas, but I will be heading back for the other one for Xmas. Fantastic service and attention to detail. By the end of my 20 minute or so visit to the store, I had interactions with four different staff members who all seems to take a genuine interest in my satisfaction. A fantastic display of what customer service should look like.

I am from Toronto, ON. During my vacation I have purchased my first bracelet in Pandora shop which is in Montreal , Downtown. I week later I came to Toronto and i feel like i would like to change my bracelet as per my husband wish. We both went to the Pandora shop which is located in CF Markville Mall, Markham and easily done the exchange. As a Customer I experienced a great satisfaction. Here after I would love to add the CHARMS into my Bracelet :) :) My Husband and me will be visiting soon :) :)

The sales associate clerk was very knowledgeable about items. She was also very patient and kind. She also was informative about promotions.
