The sales associate was very knowledgeable on the merchandise. She took her time with me and help with finding a gift I was looking for. She also gave me a few options to pick from.

Pandora always has great quality products ,innovative creations that I love. It’s my go to place for purchasing many gifts for family And close friends. It’s always a great pleasure to go into a pandora store, even if only browsing.

I am always highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at this location because of primarily the staff here. They are always very friendly and helpful. That is the reason my mom and I keep coming back here 😊

The manger at this store is kind and funny.The sales assistants are helpful at this store. They tried their best to find the size that I need for the bracelets. Besides, I had and exchange for my last purchase. The sales said that the items can be exchanged within 30 days at any locations with the original receipt. I went to the store at Scarborough town centre first. Unfortunately, the sales there said that every exchange should be back to the store where I bought the items. The sales st Scarborough town centre was kinda rule and unhelpful. I was so disappointed about that. I went back to the original store which was Markville mall to do my exchange.Their service was much more better than Scarborough Town centre.

The Sales Associates were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is my favourite Pandora location, not just because it is the closest, but because of how I am treated with each visit. This last visit was during the Pandora Buy More Save More event and yes it was busy, but the Associates handled this all with grace and quality service to each customer. The Team at the Markville location is to be commended for rising above all the hectic activities from the customers. I always recommend this store to my family and friends.
