Very satisfied

The staff is a bit slow and not too sure about the produce that I asked. She needed extra assistance with is okay, but I believe new staffs need to have some there to guide them.

Good selection

The staff lost my ring that I brought in for cleaning and I had to help them find it. One of the staff had very little knowledge of the pandora merchandise and didn’t seem willing to help me.

I was not acknowledged nor addressed by the sales associate present when I entered the store. The associate was serving another customer but she could have acknowledged me and told me that another sales associate would assist me shortly. Luckily an associate (Loveneet) appeared from the back and she addressed me and assisted me right away. She was very friendly and helpful. She processed my exchange and helped me to select a purchase for my birthday very quickly. She was also very engaging in conversation as I inquired about her charms and rings from Pandora.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora while buying a ring because their customer service was exceptional, providing personalized assistance throughout the process. The wide selection of beautifully crafted rings allowed me to find the perfect one that suited my taste and budget. The store's ambiance was welcoming and pleasant, creating a comfortable shopping environment. Lastly, the seamless checkout and efficient delivery process ensured a hassle-free experience, making me confident in my purchase.

Unfortunately, the product that I wanted specifically was not in stock. I ended up getting a gift receipt so that the gift can be returned at another location. Hopefully the other store will have what I was originally wanting to buy.

Understaffed, and needed to wait a considerable amount of time before staff was able to attend to us. Staff was not efficient in judging between prospective buyers and customers who did not have an intention of buying.

the price is a bot expensive

Not my experience but I think product is a bit overpriced
