I purchased the cleaning kit for my tarnished bracelets and charms. The liquid solution didn’t really do anything, the cloth did but it’s so small that it’s already covered in black.

I had originally purchased over $300 of merchandise on June 9th. The sales associate never told me about the survey that I could complete online and get $10 off. I went back on June 16th not knowing I could have been given $10 of my purchase, which was over $200.

The options in the rings (if there's more designs it will absolutely be great but the correct designs are cute too). the service's attitude (today's experience was amazing though). The stock of the rings (some rings i rlly like but it's out of stock in my size) the price of the rings (it would be better if the overall prices are lower)

I was satisfied. I would say not highly satisfied, simply because there was some limited inventory and items that were supposedly NOT in stock were there.

I am satisfied with the service in the store. the only concern is: this is a gift for my daughter, not sure the size will fit on her. we are not in the same city. will wait another week to see her. If it is fix on her, then I probably will buy more. otherwise I will come in for an exchange

Why i need to purchase more than the oder that I purchased before in order to exchange the items. Also! There’s a promotion is running now during I purchased in this month, which is free belt bag after purchased over $150. But the sales did not tell me and when I ran back to exchange the item that I don’t like, and I ask can I get the free belt bag, they TOLD ME TO PURCHASE MORE? How come! What’s wrong with you(Pandora) system? Is it supposed to be? It’s unfair for the customers who like you store, and this is no good! Not satisfied with this purchase and exchange!
