I wanted to order more than 1 product but they had only 1 of the products I wanted. They did not give me an option to order and pick up later either.

The collection was good at store and staff was friendly. It was a long line up but staff was calm and helped to select the products.

The wait time is what it is. We waited outside of the store to enter, but there were multiple associates available to help... but didn’t. When we finally got in, our person was awesome and helpful! During checkout, one of her coworkers started reaching over myself and newborn when she could have just asked her coworker to Hanns her a pen instead of infringing on my personal space. A gentle reminder of social distancing and better communication on how many ppl allowed in the store would be great. The sign once the door said there’d be limited guests, but didn’t specify a number (which is part of the reason why we waited until flagged in). The Oshawa location is crystal clear, but significantly more unfriendly... no winning

They were missing a lot of things that I wanted. Or weren't part of the sale. Harry Potter collection and Me collection. I went in with a list of 16 things. I only left with 4 7 weren't on sale, 5 they didn't have in store.

The uniqueness of designs, elegance of articles and it's display was quite helpful in my selection. Further staff assistance complemented the the process to end up swiftly.

The sales associate could not show pieces that were advertised in the website as they did not have stock. But Daphne helped me pick out a jewelery for a good friend. Thank you.

Sales associates were really nice but some of the items were not in stock in the sizes I wanted. I had to switch my mind to what I wanted to buy at the end. This was kinda annoying.

Service was fast and friendly

It's not friendly when I want to do a return. One associate was willing to do a return for me, but another associate came over said only management can do return, she told me to come back. Honestly from the beginning I just wanted to exchange something , but because of this attitude makes me to return everything that I bought

I wish there will be more display cases in the store so I could see more merchandise.
