I was told the necklace was the final sale and I couldn't return. It was the first time I bought Pandora in fact. And I preferred another item more but the price seemed even a little more than its value.

Do not have any main concerns, the experience was good just dissatisfied as the item I was looking for was not at the store. Quality control should be better enforced as the ring I purchased, which I did not notice until I left the store, already had a stone missing.

I was waiting for the sales for more than 5 minutes. There has always been the issue each time I visit Pandora. The merchants are not placed in the same place. I had to go around including down the counters to look for rings as they are located everywhere.

The charm stock was a wee bit depleted...was hoping to purchase the ballerina charm - sadly, out of stock. Would be a great idea if sales associates could go online to see what stores actually have the stock. Rather than tell you - pls phone and see what stores have the item. Find this a tad frustrating.

The only reason is that there is always a long wait to be helped by the staff

Hi! Actually few charms the associates let us know that they r not available in store at all. And after 15-20 minutes i found same charms in store but i was done paying my bill. This is not first time happened to me.
