Plenty of choices for selection however quite a lot of items are out of stock.

Went in for what I wanted. It was good

There was a lot of items that I wanted to see but were just unavailable. The associate that helped me said that they were waiting for a shipment from corporate for weeks to restock but has not happened. Fingers crossed for this coming Friday apparently!

While the associate did offer some lovely suggestions, they didn't seem to take heed to the budget I stated, and didn't show items within said budget. She was quite sweet though.

The sales associate had no idea how to wear the necklace and had to ask another associate. I thought as a sales associate, you should be more knowledgeable of the products you are selling.

I asked for necklace without the adjustable and the sale person told me that is only one but then I checked online and I confirmed there is one that I asked for but she didn’t know about it or wanted to sell me the more expensive one

Salesperson took the time to check all the prices on the charms before I made my final purchase.

Need more fashion and more choice

Simply for the fact that there is a promotion on less than 24hours from my purchase that I feel I should have been made aware of as I was spending more than $200 and was not made aware of it while in the store. Would have been happy to come back the next day to take advantage and possibly buy more items that I was looking at. Haraneya was lovely to deal with just think that knowledge of the promotion should have been shared since it was the VERY next day.

First time I bought two $60 charm and one $55 charm. The receipt show me get $55 charm free. After two days I want change that $55 charm to $85 charm. They let me pay more $30. Anyway if first day I buy $85 charm and one $60 charm I still can get another $60 charm to free. So I think second time I should pay $25 not $30. Sales ask manager they still toke my $30.they said promotion just finish yesterday.that is so bad.
