A ring fell off my finger and landed on the floor, it was a size 7 that i was just trying on to see the style, and we all looked for the ring, and found it within minutes, but the store sales rep made a joke about it, and it made me very uncomfortable. He was not professional and honestly the joke was in poor taste. It made me want to leave and not buy anything.

The survey validation code is unavailable during the checkout, that make me so upset. It makes me wait for almost 15 minutes on payment with 3 or 4 specialist. It looks like I did use the code before but I don't understand why the survey code will show it 0. That makes me really unsatisfied with the Pandora survey.

I am looking for charms with sea life, ocean and scuba diving. There are not many sea animal dangling charms to choose from ie. hammerhead shark...clown fish...?
