Difficulty to move around in store. Staff struggling to find merchandise and unsatisfying knowledge. Some prices for quality do not match or are unreasonable

The packaging shows no level of quality as it has in the past. This purchase was a special gift for my sister. The earrings were in a plastic bag with black marker on it, placed in black tissue & put in a small bag which the sticker doesn’t adhere to. I was asked if I wanted a bag to put that one in & was given a dollar store silver bag. In the past, receiving a Pandora bag tied with a ribbon gave the receiver an “ooh” moment. I know it is the gift that is most important but, your past packaging added to the experience for the giver & receiver. Thank you.

The sales staff were completely overwhelmed. Two struggled on the floor, until a manager and someone else came out. They said products were not in store, but then I found them in the display cases myself. Person who checked us out was very unfriendly, which is rare for this store.

The lineup was very long and I waited an hour just to get in. It would of been nice if people could make purchases in the line. But there should be a time limit for customers in the store because some customers took very long and didn’t buy anything. It would be more fair for everyone and help speed up the lineup.

- male associate was rude and unknowledgeable. when asked a question he rudely snapped “i don’t know” - line was not efficiently managed - limited stock and associate did not know where to find anything g

I was happy that I was able to get assistance right away from a representative. (Usually it takes a while before someone can help me) I did not like that the sales representative (Rajbir D) was showing me items then telling me it's sold out. I was annoyed that I was liking those charms. Later, I finally decided on one but asked her to put it on a bracelet so I can fully see if it matches. After she puts it on, she tells me that it does not go directly on the clasp. I asked for a clip charm that goes directly on it, so clearly she did not present me with the ones I was interested in. She also mentioned price a lot. I do not know if she was saying that based off of how I look. I did not once mention that I was on a budget - Once in a while I would ask how much the item was that she was showing me. Also, I wanted to see earrings, she gave me the book to select from instead of showing me them. I said what if I select one that's sold out, her response was not appealing. I do not know if she was tired or straight up rude. Then when she got to check out, I pulled on my receipts to use the 10$ off coupon and all of a sudden she is nice calling me "love". Would not return to her!!!

Usually The sales people are wonderful At this location. I knew what I wanted but the staff memeber didn’t have any good suggestions to my searching for a charm. Also there were earrings I wanted but didn’t bother asking to see them because I felt as though I was being rushed out.
