Wait time required to enter the store unreasonable. If a customer knows exactly what they want to buy and does not require any assistance browsing; they should be taken quicker or even directly to cash out to optimize time efficiency.

The associate did not accept my $10 off from doing the survey because she said that the previous purchased was made in Scarborough, so I had to pay the full amount with my recent purchased. She was explaining to me that there was also another customer with the survey code but their system did not accept the code. I called the number on the receipt (in Scarborough) and the customer representative said that the code should be accepted in any store, maybe one of the numbers is wrong. I told the customer rep that the lady in this store didn't even try entering my code. So, I went back to this store and told the lady that. She said just to do another survey using the recent receipt and do another purchase. Then return the merchandise in which I paid the full amount. She really didn't try the validation code from my previous one so I won't prove her wrong! Such a hassle!!!

I got this safety charms pave inspiration and it keep moving up and down n doesn’t clip.The staff Kristina also didn’t inform that this could be a bit big for my bracelet .I went back to her in an hr to check with her that this safety charm kept moving abck and forth. She just showed me how to wear them and then it went back to square one. I am not satisfied with the customer service

I walked into the pandora retail store on Saturday. The store was empty and there were two associates by the counter, which neither acknowledged my presence. I think walked the whole store still without anyone saying anything to me. I approached the associate informing her of what I wanted, and then she took out what I was looking for. No upsell, no smile, no emotions.

Two associates were serving customers when I went into the store. Another customer was served after one associate was free and smiled to acknowledge I was there. When the other sales associate finished serving a customer, she put away the rest of the merchandise and even came over to the side of the counter that I was at but I was not asked for help or anything. She went back to the other side of the counter and when another customer entered the store and started assisting them. I waited about 15 mins before a third associate came from the back and finally came to assist me. I expressed my displeasure how the other associate served people who came in after me and were immediately helped while I patiently had to wait. I was really annoyed at this point having to wait and not being assisted before new customers come into the store. The sales person who served me apologized but I said it wasn't her fault. It is the other person who just ignored me.

Very disappointed staff at Markville Mall. They are not knowledgeable about the merchandise they carry. Particular gift promotion I purchased I was told they didn’t have it, once I told them it was online, they advised it was an online promo only. I had to do a search to show them the bracelet promo. Finally one lady found it. They didn’t know how much it cost, but I was able to advise from the website. First time I’ve ever visited a Pandora and encountered two people who clearly did not want to be there. I also inquired about a cleaning for the bracelet I’m wearing today and was told I need to make an appointment. There were no other customers present. I’m not sure when this changed, I was always greeted by enthusiastic more than welcoming staff in the past. Bracelet was always cleaned brilliantly on the spot request. When it came time to check out, I advised the lady that my email and phone number have been changed since my last visit. She attempted to update for me, but the system displayed an error. Experience was not fun and I left not feeling excited about my purchase. In fact, I’m tempted to return it. I won’t be returning to Pandora at Markville Mall.

The sales associate was so unprofessional that I took time to fill out the survey. I made her job easy by already knowing what I wanted. She spent more time looking at herself in the mirror than taking care of me. She didn’t use a tray and instead used her hands to hold the charms. I had to ask her to polish them when I was checking out. The unprofessional way in which she behaved should be unacceptable. I was in the store the other day and the associate who helped me get a box provided me with better service than associate # 149133 (Haraneya)
