The store manager lied about the following; - online purchases cannot be exchanged in store - that they did not have rings I wanted to exchange size for in stock - that they do not do exchanges for items bought on boxing day (which is irrelevant as I bought it on Dec 7)

Not only did none of the employees give me attention, I had to call on the ones chatting to one another standing by the cashier. They clearly saw me trying to get some help but did not come over to me when I asked. It wasn’t until I told them I was going to purchase the bracelet that they gave me attention. Although, the fact that I wasn’t allowed to check the bracelet out until AFTER I said I was going to get it is insane. Clearly I want to check out the product before paying, but on this specific day, I was just frustrated with the employees and wanted to leave asap after the bracelet.

I was there purchasing gifts for a couple of ladies. I was at the store on August 8, 2018 at 8 pm. A promotion started today that would have giving me a free bracelet. I do not understand why the associate would not offer this to me since closing was in an hour. I would have purchased more merchandise if this was something that could have been offered to me. I just called the store and they will NOT refund the purchase and allow me to take advantage of the offer. I have to repurchase and refund after the promotion is over. I have my own Pandora bracelet. I will not be returning back to the Markville store. I knew I should have gone back to my usual store in Upper Canada.

1. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to approach me to offer assistance. They only came over after I gave the 4 yahoos at the cash a dirty look for standing there not helping me. 2.Why does it take 4 people at the cash to help 1 person, 2 were maybe helping the one customer at the time and the other 2 were talking within themselves. 3. Why do I as a PAYING customer need to give dirty looks and check my watch multiple times for them to get the sense that I need assistance. 4.Please let me know why anyone would spend any real money at this location? I had to come back again to buy more things from them because I liked the service I had gotten on my first trip to try out this location as it is close to where I work and I can stop in on my lunch break. I normally visit the pickering location or the oshawa one. I will NEVER visit this location again. 5.My reps knowledge of products was severely lacking. I knew what I wanted, I knew what it was called and still she could not locate 'The Inspiration Within' in the colour red. It is a spacer for petes sake. How embarrassing. I came in knew what I wanted should have been out in 10 mintues, instead it was 20 minutes. WASTE OF TIME!

I came in to exchange my pandora ring but I was treated rudely and the manager was speaking about me to the sales rep infront of me as if I was not there. I felt that I was not respected as a customer and was extremely hurt by the way I was being treated even though I was quiet and did not cause any attention or disruption. I thought I came in with a simple ask but left feeling very upset with how I was treated.

Waited outside of store for 20 min before allowed in for sales help Unable to make a return since product was bought from another Pandora Store Did not have product I was looking for
