Pandora is one of my favourite store, it is beautiful all the thing that they have and also pandora bracelet or necklaces it is just for girl also it is for boys too. So i like this brand since I can buy anything I like.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service rep who helped service me this afternoon, in addition to the rep who answered my phone call about checking an item to see whether it was in stock at markville’s location or not. She asked if I wanted to put it on hold, which was a great suggestion and I took it so that I knew it would be there when I arrived a few hours later. Thank you so much!

I love Pandora Markville, all Employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. Denise helped me today, she is so patient and gave me exceptional customer service.

No words for how amazing Denise was.I had called in asking for assistance in a bit of a crisis. Two of my treasured rings had fallen down the drain, I was absolutely devastated when they had fallen in, and only further when I saw the intense discolouration they had after being in the drain for around 24 hrs. Denise informed me that there is a jewelry care kit that could potentially lift the stains, once I arrived in the store, she offered to go ahead and treat my rings in the solution. Her manager had some small doubts about the stains lifting considering the severity of it but Denise stayed optimistic. These rings carry heavy sentimental value to me, a small gesture of offering to treat the rings with the purchased kit was incredibly generous. When i had come back to the store, I had no expectations that the stains would lift, but she was happy to inform me that they looked practically brand new. it took everything to not cry at the sight of the rings looking brand new. Denise is absolutely a gem to the store and the company. Thank you so much for not only having an incredibly reliable, kind hearted and loving associate. But a reliable product as well ♡

We visited the Markville mall OPandora shop for a birthday gift. Our sales person was Maryam Z No. 208746. We frequent this location all the time and are always well served and a great experience. Excellent customer service with Maryam.

Great selection and stock available

We ordered a charm online which was defective. Maryam Z. was our customer service rep and she was very helpful and accommodating. We purchased a bracelet and two 2 charms during this return visit. The service was great and the Associate was very helpful and didn’t mind me asking for different charms to make sure I was getting the correct ones.
