They didn’t want to clean my jewelry because of the sale on the ring. Didn’t have the sizes I needed for the rings I wanted. Didn’t have the Purple Heart connecteur I wanted for the bracelet I got. They have less and less things in the store, that makes it hard to be able to try on and buy in the store.
