Had to process a return but had lost the receipt for the purchase. Stefan was extremely helpful as well as courteous. I really appreciate his service and professionalism, he was more than accommodating. Great experience overall and such service is rare now a' days.

I came in with the intention of returning my online order and discontinuing my relationship with Pandora due to the rude treatment by telephonecustomer service. The manager listened to my description of my experience and went above and beyond to make me feel better. As a result I purchased an additional $900 in product.
