Melissa the store manager was amazing, the moment I walked in she greeted me and asked if I need help and she did . I remember her from Copley n I’m so happy to see here at the CambridgeSide galleria I wanted to buy more but I was in a rush n most definitely I’ll be going back really soon to see her

Upon arrival at the store, there were a lot of customers. It took a little bit to be attended to. However, the sales representative, Cortlin was so kind and patient. She answered all my questions and helped me pick up all the charms. She also waa wearing a pandora bracelet herself which made me trust the product even more. Her kindness and knowledge about the different bracelets and charms are the reason why i will go back to the stote this week to peak bracelets for myself again and my daughter. Great job Cortlin!!!
