The greeting was very nice when I entered. The Manager took my name and the reason why I was there right away and the sales associate, Kianna, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and so sweet. She obviously loves the position she has and the Pandora items! She helped me design my bracelet. Love the store!

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist me in picking out Christmas presents. Even though there was a line, the store was very organized. I was still able to shop easily and get what I needed for the holiday.
