Although I did not rate my service as highly satisfied, the overall shopping was very good. The sales associate (Jasmine) was knowledgeable and very courteous while assisting me with my purchases. I would definitely return to the store for future purchases and recommend the Cambridge store to others.

I love the merchandise you have. I own several pieces, earrings, rings, and bracelets. It is disappointing to me that you no longer offer a rewards type of system to frequent shoppers as it is quite costly between my 3 daughters and myself.

I was satisfied with the service. However, I was disappointed that the birthday came charm is not a 2 piece charm set as displayed in the booklet. The sales woman told me they just show a picture of the front and back of the charm. In the booklet it looks like a big and little cake that says happy birthday. Other than that I was satisfied.

I could not see all of the merchandise to choose from. We had to look in a book to see all the store had to offer. They should have more availability to see what jewelry you can pick from if you are looking for a theme or similar items on your bracelet

For convenience and commute, this location is where I always go to. Though a variety of the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in today to purchase a charm that I already had in mind and I waited 10 minutes for someone to realize that I needed help. Nobody wanted to help me, no one said hello to me, no one offered their customer service. It was just a glance and from their they kept working. Other employees were playing around and exchanging jokes among each other. Overall horrible customer service by everyone at this location.
