The associate wasn’t the nicest. She didn’t seem very happy (a bit understandable, but not excusable, as she probably had a long day), she wasn’t very helpful & she didn’t ask weather Id like my receipt printed or emailed.

They don't have a working phone the voicemail is full and the sales associates didn't seem to have much knowledge

The salesclerk didn’t seem like she was too interested in the sale. I asked her about the ring having a bent in the item and she said that that’s how the ring is. I bought the ring cause I wanted to treat myself to this ring.

The sales associates were not friendly. They left me with the catalog and I had to wait for them which charm I was chosen. When I was looking at the catalog, another sales assocaite asked me to move to next counter for her customer.

Not enough sales associates. Sales associates were not friendly...seemed to hate their jobs. Sales associates knowledge of Pandora was abyssal. Never go back. Will tell all my girl friends to go to Natick location instead.

Pandora should provide the box/bag to the product that customer buy. At Cambridge Galleria staff always said that they runout of the box/bag, so I prefer to buy at the other branch instead of this store.

Associate was not very approaching and did not explain herself well.

Upon arrival the manager came from the back of the store. A few minutes later, the assistant manager and an additional sales associate came from the back of the store. 100% of the items that I was looking for was not in stock. Also, all of the other associates were monitoring what my mom and I were doing as we were looking at other selections. During the time that we were looking around, all eyes were staring directly at us. It's terribly unfortunate that customers should feel this way. As an after thought, I should not have purchased anything from this store. However, my mom liked the items that we did purchase. I will no longer go into this store, I will drive further for better customer service. Alexandra understood what I was saying and it's to bad that she is subjected to working in this location.
