Horrible customer service, the girl didn’t help me I was going to spend a least $1000 on my first bracelet but I leave with the disappointment of no having a great person to help me she was really rude and she was bad speaking to us

you have the most unfriendly return policy, geared toward making it harder for customers to get an actual refund. After being unable to return to the store of origin, and approaching the final day to return for any refund, imagine my utter surprise to find out, that unlike any other chain store, that I could not actually get a refund from the store I happened to be able to get to on my way to work. I am utterly disappointed in you. Granted, I should have read the full terms but I did not expect there be be such limitations on the refund for a national chain. My wife generally loves your products and chose something, probably in too much of a rush before xmas and now we're stuck without a refund. Right now i really want to tell you to go xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx.
