Lindsay helped me to locate charms in a Pandora outlet in Branson Missouri. They were all out of the charms that I was trying to replace from a lost bracelet, and she was able to track them down for me so that I could order them.

Your associates were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get me what I was looking for, offer suggestions, and when the one particular charm was unavailable, looked for other stores that had it in stock so that I could go there. A++++
