I actually enjoyed my visit I spent over $200.00 dollars there only to lose one of my charms the very next day. It was put on by the sales associate so I figured it was secure I'm really upset because I saved up to make this purchase and now it's gone. I wished there was some way I can get this back without having to buy a new one. I've never lost a charm before I still don't understand how this happened. the crazy thing is it's one of the charms that stay fixed. Now I'm wondering if you can't place charms on the bangles, but the sales associate assured me that it would be fine. I'm feeling really sad right now and I'm afraid to wear the bangle because I may lose the other charms. Is there anything the company can do for me.

Its all mostly because the salesperson, Lindsay C. NO 130230 is very nice. I wouldn't have bought any if it weren't for her. Because this other lady, was a bit rude.... I know I kinda asked again a question... And I wasn't even talking to her... And she said, "didn't you just asked that already?" I remember Lindsay saying, it was OK and helped me all throughout my first pandora experience. Thank you.

Great product and wonderful promotion: I bought a necklace for $100.00 and received a beautiful ring for free (retired ring). The whole experience was pleasant. Dawn was knowledgeable and efficient. Altogether excellent experience!
