The two salespersons located at this store were absolutely awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable, and made the interaction enjoyable. I will go back again!

The sales associate were able to clarify my search for destination items. I was told by a regular retail store in my neighborhood that the Statue of Liberty and the Boston Charms were retired. However the sales associate told me that stores can choose not to carry some items. Anyway I purchase the last Boston Charm and the passport charm and will attempt to get the Statue of Liberty Charm at Pandora.net

Dawn immediately greeted me when I walked in the store. Asked if there was shopping for something special. Told her it was my daughters 18th birthday. She showed me EVERYTHING. Charms on sale as well full priced. Never tried to push me n made me feel that any purchase I made was the great choice . Dawn was patient,extremely helpful m very knowledgeable!! it was a pleasure shopping there

I was able to get a charm that was specific to that store (Atlantic City) and the store in Las Vegas. I was hope to get a few of the retired pieces for a discounted price. Some of the pieces was ones that I only wanted and just never got to choice to get.
