While on a short holiday in Atlantic City, NJ, I was pleased to find the Pandora store. I was able to purchase birthday and Christmas gifts for my "Pandora friends and family". There was an excellent selection of charms and the staff were focused on customer service.

Through NO fault of the assistants there no A/C in the store. It was extremely hot outside and the heat was going into the store. They were hot and even though friendly and helpful they were suffering from the heat. The customer service representative was kind and helpful she pulled every piece i asked to see with patience. Although the one piece i bought was on display it had oxidized and was discolored. She cleaned it up for me but i am hoping very HOPEFUL that the piece does NOT turn colors on me.
