The store was uncomfortably hot. The sales associate did not ask me what I was looking for. I could not use the coupon code I had with me.

I never give Highly Satisfied. There is always room for improvement. Overall, I knew what I was looking for when I entered the store.

The sales associate would not allow me to view the trays up close. They were kept in the case, which was scratched badly. There was not as much merchandise as I expected to see. Previously, I've always been very satisfied with this location. I do not live in the area, so when I visit, I make it a point to shop there. The associate was friendly, but the experience didn't feel so friendly.

The Asst Manager had a nasty attitude but the sales associate was nice. Also, I purchased a necklace from you and it broke because it was a sales item I was told that it's nothing they could do.

Your sales associates need to be a little more attentive to the customers as they arrive. Greet me as soon as I walk in not when I go to the counter. Especially when it’s not busy at all.

My fiancé and I went to buy him a bracelet that the website clearly says is for men, it’s unisex and the woman in the store proceeds to be rude and say it’s only for women.

My experience was average. Nothing over the top.
