The young lady who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. Did not like the fact that the boss kept talking to her while she was dealing with us.

The sale associate judge me & only shown the lower price items once i asked for a certain charm the associate said oh thats full price. I stated i can offer it.

The glass countertops need to be replaced Everything else was good More charm selections would be great Advise customer of available promotions

I was satisfied I just wish there was more of a selection of sale itens

The sales person wasn't knowledgeable about the link bracelet, that I wanted to purchase, & she gave me the higher price link bracelet, instead of the lower price one, that II requested. I didn't realize it, until I got home.

The waiting time to be seeing is almost 20 minutes not to crazy about waiting that much

I waited to be served for a long time; over 10 minutes. I was not greeted when I entered the store. I missed out on one piece of jewelry but that is not Pandora’s fault.

There's always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect

Tiffany and Couttney were great. They were both very knowledgable and professional.
