Associate recommended using the bathroom across the street. While the other associate stated it was not clean. Stores should have a bathroom for customer use especially when you are the only customer at the time.

The overall help was good but not all associates knowledgeable but possibly new. Limited availability of what’s on line. Items I wanted not available but possibly because busy at Christmas. Liked my selection of bracelet but didn’t love it. Thought there would be more choices of charms? But first time ever there. Probably be back to add if she likes it. Overall good experience

My bracelet clasp was defective. Because of it, I lost my charm. It wasn't the store fault but it wasn't my fault either. And Pandora's policy is that they don't replace lost or stolen items. Which is understandable however, the bracelet was defective.

I was looking for a birthday gift and didn't find quite what I was looking. The ring I was looking for they didn't have my daughters size. And I didn't receive a free gift after spending $300.

I think there might have been too many people in such a small store. It was also very hard to see all the charms because they were stacked and there were no books to show the selection.

The sales associate made me feel rushed. They followee around like I wanted to steal. The associate did not tell me I could have an charmed ingraved .it wasn't a pleasant experience I would rather use a different Pandora next time
