During my visit, I was being rushed. I was not able to see most of the charms. The associate was not wanting to show me charms or answer questions. It felt that she was annoyed at having to help us.

I only wish that there were more items on the 50% off sale. It was only one small section. I did buy 7 charms but I wanted so many more.

I would like to see a bigger selection of gold and rose gold charms. They never seem to have any when I got to stores.

Didn’t know how to get in because of rope in front of the door, employees talking to each other didn’t feel welcomed, wasn’t asked if I wanted charms or anything with my bracelet. The vibe was just hurry so and get out so we can finish talking or go home

The cleanliness of the store was great. They sanitize after every customer and I love the mask mandate in the store. I do like Donna’s customer service and I know what I wanted so I didn’t really need much help. I did have previous negative experience with the store but I do have my positive one as well. I like how friendly the sales person Parul. She does a great job helping me last time. I never got a survey invite :(. Other than that the store was great. The only reason I choose somewhat likely to return to the store because my friend encountered a problem with her sales and she was not happy with the ways she is getting treated. I will definitely return but not sure if I can return with her.

The first associate Jasmine who assisted was not helpful at all and rushed through the transaction as she was leaving. When the second associate (Sarah) was tagged in to assist, she was friendly, helpful and made suggestions that I ended up purchasing on top of what I originally came into the store for. I bought a pair of earrings from the clearance tray. The associate put them in the box and I did not look at them and when I got home one of the stems was bent.

I’m sorry I thought I put highly satisfied for all of them because I was. The young lady was very nice.
