Was a little disappointed since she wouldn’t swap out a bracelet that I ordered online that was paid for never worn

The sales associate Rosa didn't make me feel welcome. When I got there, she informed me that they were only taking cash and gave me a look as if I didn't have the cash on me. During the whole process she was giving me "hurry up and buy" vibes and I didn't appreciate that. I will be ordering online from now and on. Never going back to that store EVER!!

Didn't find the type of charms I had in mind.

I thought each store had a exclusive charm. I have a bracelet I use for travel and like to get the exclusive charm from each city, but was told there was no charm exclusive for Atlantic city. That was disappointing, but the service was great

Not extremely satisfied with clasp very difficult open take off. Honestly I’ll probably take it my jewelry have him change it so I’ll wear bracelet more.
