I felt rushed because the sales rep dealt with one customer at a time which made the wait a lot longer. Also I couldn’t browse prior to making my purchase. I appreciate the safety aspect but some customers take very long to decide. Maybe one or two more sales rep would improve the waiting period tremendously.

Pandora as a whole is expensive. Spent a lot and could not get the bracelet I picked for free.

One of the associates was extremely rude to us. She made me so uncomfortable that I just left the store.

There were not any concerns and the adaptions to COVID was appropriate and insured safety although it required a wait before entry. Having to adjust to the wait outside limits the ability to spontaneously browse.

I observed the young ladies cleaning the counter with th same wrag. I just felt after 2-3 times the wrag needs to be changed. Other than that they were great. The didnt have the pandora white sacks to put the jewerly and they only had limited boxes

The waiting outside in a sunny hot day wasn’t comfortable. I was feeling like I wanted to leave without buying. If the waiting is going to be that long , they should’ve make it more pleasant for the customers. Chairs , tent , water , etc
