I did not get a bag or anything to place my jewelry on she assumed that I wanted to put it on

The wait outside of the store was very long, with only 2 people in the store and being the 2 person in line it took about 45 minutes in just the wait. The checkout was super easy. I came in to see 2 options of rings that i wanted and they only had 1 of them in store so that is the one i had to get.

Sales reps didn’t seem happy to be there, didn’t seem like wanted to show product

Thru Covid 19 the ability to walk around and see things instead of being stationed

Not enough items on hand. None of the new items were available. Unable to assist with a replacement.

Muy buena atención, excelente servicio al cliente y cumplen con las medidas higiénicas, debido a la panademia, los tiempos de espera para entrar se vuelven algo molestos, porque no puede aver mas de cierto número dentro. Esperemos termine esto pronto 🙏

I had a broken charm on my bracelet that I wanted to exchange. The sales associate I would have to purchase a new one. That they could not do an exchange and I know Pandora’s policy is to exchange charms when broken.

Because the ring I wanted that store didn’t have my size and the bracket I liked was not on sale
